XT3 West Coast IPA

Product	This cask beer is naturally carbonated and sold ‘bright’ meaning that it does not need to be left to settle before use. It is dispensed by gravity so only needs a tap (provided) to serve. We recommend that the beer is best if consumed as soon as possible after delivery/collection, and consumed on the day of opening. We do not recommend keeping the beer for more than 7 days, and more than three days after opening.
Delivery	Delivery will be on the next Friday (order by 6pm Thursday) unless otherwise agreed. For future orders please include your required delivery date on the order notes when checking out. Please contact us by email or phone if you have any questions.
Storage	Cask beer will need to be kept in a cool location before use, and ideally in a shaded / ventilated place during use. We can place the beer in your desired location on delivery, or it can be moved prior to use. Please note, however, that a firkin weighs 50kgs!
Set up	Casks are very easy to set up and use. We can set up when delivering or will provide a simple set of instructions.
Items	The cask beer comes with a tap and stand. If required, an insulated jacket and/or ice blanket can be provided (only needed if the weather is very warm). Ice blankets will need soaking in water and then freezing at home for 12 hours before use.
